We offer flexible private pay services for both therapy and medication management. Fees vary by provider and service type.

To learn more about our private pay rates or to schedule an appointment, please contact our team. We are happy to discuss provider availability, treatment options, and pricing.

While we do not bill insurance directly for private pay services, we can provide a superbill upon request. Many clients submit superbills to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.
Help With the Insurance Process
01. Contact your insurance company.
Locate the Member Services phone number on the back of the insurance card.
02. Find out what your mental health benefits are.
When speaking with the representative, ask whether you have mental health benefits, specifically outpatient psychotherapy with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker via telehealth.
03. Find out what your coverage is and if you owe a deductible before the coverage kicks in.
Speak with the representative about what is covered under your benefits, whether you have a deductible for mental health services, and what the remaining amount is that has to be paid prior to the health plan picking up payment. Request the out-of-pocket fee amount per visit.
04. Find out if there is a cap on services and what that is.
When speaking with the representative, ask what the maximum amount your plan will reimburse for mental health service code 90837 with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and whether there is a cap on visits. Ask specifically, what the plan covers and what you will need to cover.
