Ranita Hahm, PMHNP

Ranita Hahm, MSN, AGPCNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Adult- Gerontology and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her post-master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of
California, San Francisco (UCSF) and her Master of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.
Prior to specializing in mental health, Ranita practiced primarily in occupational health with additional experience in primary care for about 7 years, gaining extensive experience caring for adults across diverse clinical settings. This
background provides her with a strong understanding of the relationship between physical and mental health.
Ranita brings a holistic perspective to mental health treatment. She understands emotional well-being is closely connected to physical health and strives to treat the whole person rather than symptoms alone. Her goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in
their care.
Outside of work, Ranita enjoys hiking, traveling, watching fantasy adventure films, and gathering with friends over dinner. She immigrated to the United States as a child and speaks conversational Korean.
