Karen is a proud UCLA graduate with a degree in African American Studies. Karen brings roughly a decade of dedicated healthcare administration experience to the team. Her deep understanding of the healthcare landscape ensures Bixby’s mission of providing high quality, barrier free mental health services runs seamlessly from the ground up. She is our foundation, our rock, our “jack of all trades”.

 

Karen is the guiding force behind daily business operations. Whether she is leading our administrative team, fielding business to business communications, managing vital paperwork, or untangling complicated insurance issues, she approaches every task with fierce dedication.

During her time off you can find her reading a good book, working on a lego set or at Disneyland.
